Keep the things you love.
Let go of the things you don't.
Simple, right?
But then you open your wardrobe and realise there's just
SO. MUCH. STUFF.
(and that's only the wardrobe)
Where do you even start?
And is it really possible to navigate
from here...
... to here?
Here's a thought:
"A journey shared is a journey halved."
Why not travel with someone who knows the territory?
Someone to help you get started,
Someone to help you keep moving,
Someone to share thoughts & ideas,
Someone to cheer you on,
Someone to help make tidying fun!
welcome to guided tidying with tidybliss!
Helping you online to declutter your home & organise your space
If tidying sometimes feels a bit too much - that's ok
People often expect that tidying should be a quick and simple process, that it's just like cleaning. But it's really not the same at all.
When you clean your home, you might think about which room to do next - which brush or mop or scourer to use - which cream or spray.
But when you start to tidy and declutter your home, you find yourself having to decide - over and over again, for hundreds of items in your home - whether to keep the item, or let it go.
That's far more decision-making than most of us are used to. Plus you then have to choose what items to store where... what to do with the things let go... not to mention all the memories that can be stirred up by items from the past. It can be a lot to deal with - especially if working by yourself.
No wonder people grind to a halt. But with an experienced guide, you can get moving again.
Who is this for?
This could be for you if:
- you are tired of trying to control the clutter in your home, and
- you would really love for your living space to be tidy and organised, but
- you cannot imagine how that is ever going to happy from where you are now.
How does it work?
We tidy together by video chat:
- you in your home, and
- me on your computer or tablet screen.
So you have someone by your side:
- to support you as you tidy
- to provide a helpful structure
- to offer guidance where needed.
How does it help?
It can help get over many of the obstacles you may have encountered in trying to tidy and declutter:
- you can never seem to make the time
- you look around your home but have no idea how or where to begin
- you make a start, but the whole thing quickly becomes overwhelming and you have to give up
- you give all sorts of clever approaches a try, but nothing seems to stick.

My own tidybliss journey
I'm Lorayne. You name it, I've cluttered it. I've kept it for now, hung onto it just in case, stored it in another room, shoved it under the bed during a visitors-on-the-way tidying frenzy, devised a complex storage system for it, forgotten the complex storage system for it, hidden it on the top shelf, stuffed it at the back of a drawer, and just managed with acrobatic skill to close the cupboard door on it. It took me a very long time to realise that I did not own my stuff - my stuff owned me. And it was such a relief to discover that another way was possible.
